The dish included: provolone, mozzarella, gorgonzola and parmigiano, among which only the Parmigiano a good match with honey. In Italy they usually serve sheep's cheese ot at least more seasoned cheese, not fresh ones like mozzarella or provolone, and gorgonzola is also a strange match.
Met kortingsbon een 4-gangen chefs menu gegeten. We hebben genoten en elk gerecht was om te smullen. En de reden waarom wij zeker terug zullen komen was de bediening. 2 jonge vrouwen die super snel, ongelooflijk vriendelijk en met een portie gezonde humor een geweldige service hebben gegeven. Kortom dit restaurant is zeker aan te bevelen.
Het eten is heerlijk en altijd gezellig. Veel persoonlijke aandacht. Le,kkere afsluiter met hun eigen gemaakte meloencello. Heerlijk top restaurant.

Echter bij aankomst konden we 3 gerechten van de kaart kiezen, maar niet het geweldige Italiaanse 3 gangen men, want daar ging niet de dinnerbon van €20 af! Mijn vrouw had vooraf de bruscetta besteld als antipasto, maar die telde niet mee als één van de 3 gangen, dus toen konden we de dinnerbon niet inleveren. Als amuse werden we verrast met op ook een Bruscetta, niet zo slim van de bediening als je dit net als voorgerecht besteld hebt. Mijn carpaccio en tagliatelle waren van middelmatige kwaliteit en alleen de salade burata die mijn vrouw als hoofdgerecht besteld had, smaakte goed. Het glaasje limoncello van het huis, smaakte goed, maar het bleef toch een teleurstellende ervaring!
