Op een mooie zondagavond hadden wij tijdens de restaurantweek een tafel voor 2 gereserveerd. Bij aankomst mochten we kiezen, binnen of buiten.... Ja die keus is dan snel gemaakt aan het levendige sluizencomplex waar altijd wat gebeurt.
na ontvangst van de drankjes werden wij op de hoogte gesteld van het "restaurant...

na ontvangst van de drankjes werden wij op de hoogte gesteld van het "restaurantweekmenu" waarbij meteen werd gemeld dat er rekening was gehouden met de wensen die we eerder via de reservering kenbaar hadden gemaakt. Er werd een mooi leistenen plaatje met amuses gepresenteerd, warme broodjes met boter (werd niet doorberekend) een heerlijk voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en dito dessert (kom zelf langs als je het wilt weten). Een prettige bediening die begreep dat je met de drankjes de restaurantweek voor "Erik" nog een beetje winstgevend kan maken. Een hele leuke avond met lekker eten!
