not so popular with the hip crowd anymore, more like a touristic place. entertainment was nice but just a few acts/songs. not the old Supperclub from 10-15 yrs ago :(
Firstly when we made our booking it was for 6:30pm so we arrived on time to find out that they had changed the time to 7:30pm, but failed to tell us. Rouge (downstairs) was very helpful even though they were closed and let us have a drink.
Back at Supper Club, our waitress either forgot to put our order through or...

Back at Supper Club, our waitress either forgot to put our order through or lost it so we had to give it to her again. Then when food started coming we had to keep on reminding her what course we were on. At the end of the night we got given the bill, before even being served dessert, the staff were packing up the tables and chairs. On top of that we had paid a deposit but that wasn't removed from our bill/ cheque. So we complained. We were then told they would serve our dessert - by that time there was zero ambiance, music off, tables and chairs being packed so we didn't didn't want it. At the end, the manager did reduce our bill/ cheque which we appreciate. However, that's not what we wanted. When coming to a place like this for dinner, which is rated by Michelin Star and you're paying a significant amount per head, you expect quality from service to food. Service was poor and the food was average. Needless to say, we won't be going back or recommending it to anyone.
