Great food, nice atmosphere, and good service! The only downside were the small appetizers, which were not great (they had either little flavor or very salty). Still, we will come back!
We hebben het 5 gangen restaurantweekmenu beleefd en uitgebreid met kaasplankje. Prachtige Beaujolais Fleuri erbij. Door gedurfde ingrediënten te combineren (bijv. gerookte olijfolie en lavazout, citroen en earl grey in mijn beste nagerecht in jaren) ontstond een verrassende beleving in een erg fijne atmosfeer!
Lekker eten goeie service
Mooi opgediende gerechten die zeer smaakvol zijn, bediening die weet wat ze moeten doen om de gasten in de watten te leggen. Een echte aanrader en Michelin waardig!!
Het was stil op zondagmiddag maar dat kon onze eetpret niet bederven. In het historische pand van de Provenier kregen we verzorgde en lekkere gerechten voorgeschoteld. Sympathieke bediening en fijne wijn/spijs combinaties. Ook op zondagmiddag verdient de Provenier een volle zaak!
