Bij Nomads een erg lekker 5 gangen diner gehad. De eerste vier waren zeer lekker, mooi in balans en gingen vrij goed met het bij passende wijn arrangement, wat knap is met aziatische gerechten! het dessert was metname zoet en daar door voor ons een beetje te, wellicht een idee om hier een keuze te geven aan de gast. een zoet en een minder zoet dessert.
Aardige bediening mooi gelegen terras aan de kade. We zijn recent in Vietnam geweest maar konden helaas zeer weinig Vietnamese gerechten onderscheiden. Wel had de bediening veel Vietnamese plaatsnamen in de aanbieding bij het presenteren van de gerechten. Echter niet relevant
Ieder gerecht is een verrassing. Verrassende smaken, subtiel en heerlijk. Mooi gepresenteerde gerechten en een uiterst vriendelijke en enthousiaste uitleg over de verschillende gerechten. De locatie met een prachtig buitenterras is fantastisch. We waren blij bij Nomads terecht te zijn gekomen. Een aanrader on naar terug te gaan.
Het eten was heerlijk! Geïnspireerd op het eten in Vietnam. Was heel goed gelukt.Leuk plekje ook aan het water.
