Om de zes maanden ga je hier namelijk op reis door een ander land. De komende maanden staat Vietnam op de kaart. De heerlijkste hapjes worden aan tafel geserveerd met een bijpassende Vietnamese anekdote. En dat terwijl je aan de Linnaeuskade zit te genieten van rondtrekkende zwanen en kwetterende eenden. Dat heet vakantie in eigen land 😇

We hadden beide vis in een kokos soep/creme. Waanzin zo lekker. De chef weet alles zo goed precies 'al dente' te krijgen. Misschien had de paddestoel wat langer gegaard mogen worden van mij, maar verder was alles perfect warm, gaar, rauw, knapperig, zacht. Perfecte avond aan het water.
