Smulpapen, influencers in dop en bloggers in en rondom Amsterdam opgelet, want wij zijn op zoek naar jou. De hele dag met horeca bezig zijn, maar ook gewoon ’s avonds tijd hebben om aan te schuiven? Klinkt als een droomjob, toch? Dat is het ook. Wij zijn opzoek naar een smaakmakende Social Media Marketing stagiair voor ons team in Amsterdam. Wie zijn wij?
Diningcity is misschien wel het meest gastvrije online reserveerplatform ter wereld. Met evenementen als de (Michelin) Restaurant Week in Nederland, België, Parijs, Budapest, Kaapstad, Singapore, Hongkong en Shanghai. Het matchen van gasten met restaurants is onze missie. Op jaarbasis reserveren honderdduizenden foodies net als jij een tafeltje ergens via Diningcity.

Dit gebeurt allemaal vanuit ons gezellige kantoor in Amsterdam. Ons bedrijf is jong en informeel, heeft een platte structuur en alles draait om hospitality. Niet alleen als het om de gasten gaat, maar ook naar elkaar. We zijn gedreven, gefocust op kwaliteit, team players en fun staat bovenaan onze lijst met to do’s. Op de werkvloer van Diningcity is het dynamisch en vooral: leuk en gezellig om te zijn.

Als stagiair ondersteun je het team in Social Media en alle online marketing activiteiten. Je gaat meewerken aan internationale restaurant events en werkt met verschillende externe partners zoals Nespresso, Air Miles en Blokker.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation several minutes after you've made the reservation by email. No email? Please check your spambox.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation from the confirmation email: Click on manage reservation in the email and click on the cancel reservation button. If you have created an account, you can also do this easily by going to 'my reservations'. You can also contact us by phone +31 20 486 67 29 or by email at [email protected].

8. Where can I use my Restaurant Dinercheque of € 20?

You can use it on www.restaurantdinercheque.nl and make a reservation on this website at the restaurant of your choice. Please note: if you received the code through another partner, such as Gall & Gall or Blokker, please go to the website which you will find on your voucher code.

10. How can I make changes to my reservation?

If you have an account on our site, you can access your reservation after logging in.
Don't have an account? Click on the link in the confirmation email you got from us.

It's not possible to add extra codes while making changes to a reservation. To do this, you need to cancel your old reservation and make a new one with all the codes added (the code used before will be activated again immediately after cancelling).
